• 信托公司（法人实体）——目前公共信托的最低资本要求约为USD 150 万，商业信托USD 100 万，社会信托USD 500,000，个人信托USD 150,000，以及保证金最低资本的 15%存入柬埔寨国家银行 (National Bank of Cambodia)。

• 独立个人受托人和信托公司的个人受托人。

• 提供托管或保留/托管服务的受托运营商（包括持牌商业银行）。

Licenses are typically granted for an initial period of two years and are renewable. We prepare the full application dossier, coordinate fit-and-proper assessments, capital and governance documentation, and manage the TR review process. We also advise on branch establishment under Prakas No. 012 (January 2026), which sets detailed human-resources, operational and approval requirements for the opening of trustee branches.
